We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Natural materials may vary in color, grain, and texture.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors.

2.3 Custom Orders

Custom furniture orders require a 50% deposit. Once production begins, cancellations may incur fees up to 75% of the order value. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities and inaccuracies.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

3.3 Taxes

Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to major Indian cities. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Some remote locations may incur additional charges.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on select items or during promotions.

4.3 Inspection

You must inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for claims consideration.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom items and final sale products cannot be returned.

5.2 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

6. Warranties

6.1 Product Warranty

We offer a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for wood furniture and a 2-year warranty for upholstered items. Normal wear and tear are excluded.

6.2 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We may require inspection before approving repairs or replacements.

6.3 Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or exposure to extreme conditions. Commercial use voids all warranties.

All content on our website, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

All claims must be brought individually, not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
